I use Mobil 1 syn in all of my motors. My truck gets fresh oil every 7,500 miles and my bike gets oil every 5k miles (and that oil ends up going to my lawn mower when it needs oil).

Thanks zech. Im due for new oil in 500 miles. Running full synthetic would actually be cheaper.

Been running Mobil 1 since about 15k ish when I ran out of free dealer oil change vouchers. Some Sam's clubs have the 6pack case for cheap. I think the one off Ohio and 121 doesn't but in McKinney off 380 does carry them. I haven't checked the Lewisville one. YMMV

Best depends on who you ask. It's definitely a very popular oil to run. Any of the sythetics should be good to run. Valvoline syn power, Pennzoil Gold/Platinum/Ultra, Castrol Edge/Syntec, Mobil 1, etc.

I ran Royal Purple for a while in my bike; but switxhed to Mobil1 for price and easyness to get. I do not know if it is "the best" but I know it is really good.

Just did sone reading online. Aparently mobile 1 hardly even meets specifications. Valvoline says it has 4x better protection than mobile 1. Valvoline, amisol, and motorcraft get the best reviews

I alternate between Mobil 1 and Royal Purple, depending on what's on sale that day.

Royal purple is just said to be normal oil that costs extra because of the 100hp gaining purple dye

Walmart has m1 in 5 quart jugs for $23ish. They are by far the cheapest place to get it.
