    God damn it! They forgot to put my apartment number on the package so when the driver went to deliver it, he had no idea where to go. Talked to customer service with UPS and got it all straightened out so it'll be here 1st thing in the morning...stay tuned for BAMF pics :woot:

    I got my grille today and the fuckin' bottom clips are broken. Its the little clips that hold the inner grille to the surrounding part...SOOOO PISSED RIGHT NOW! I'm gonna holler at em tomorrow to see what can be done....they did a shitty job packaging it honestly, its a wonder this is all that happened. And they didn't add my apt # to the package so it was a day late being delivered cause I had to sort shit out with UPS...I know these things can happen...just sucks ass thats all.......

    Just a heads up.. when I first got mine there was a crack in the top middle of the grille. Called them up - they shipped a new one out same day, and gave me a return postage paid slip for the original cracked one I received. I agree with you, their packaging sucks and surely caused the problem with mine too. But, no need to yell at them or anything, they will ship you a new one no questions asked.

    Called em up today and they were MORE than helpful. They appologized for the mishap and there gonna ship me out a new one on Monday. They said the return postage note will be in the new ones box. Class A folks over there. There gonna send me a new one 1st rather than me sending them the broken one back...thats unheard of and top notch service if you ask me. My new grille will be on my door step by Wed. :woot:

    I talked to Bryce over there BTW :cool:
