Yeah I hear you. That's why I was trying to help you out and post up some links for you to look up the install like I did. I think you believe I was trying to be a smart ass when I said that I did the install with only a little mechanical knowledge (spelling), but I meant that in a self deprecating way. Sorry you didn't understand that.

The main thing is to just create two new holes located at the same height above the existing holes as your lift is.

So, 2 inch lift, make the new holes 2 inches above the existing holes. Just get under there with a wrench, Sharpie, and a ruler, and go for it. 1/4 inch aluminum works fine, too. Just something that won't bend easily.

Whats the primary problem that this mod solves?

Moves the e-brake cable to prevent it from stretching/snapping when you flex out the rear suspension.

Today i changed the front and rear diff fluid , transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, and engine oil. All mobile 1 synthetic. Got about 47.009 more HP.

Note to anyone who changes the front diff fluid, both the fill plug and drain plug have washers that fall off into the catch pan and are easy to loose.

It keeps the arm of the brake proportioning valve at the proper height to correctly modulate front-rear braking power distribution.

When stock, it is neutral. If you load stuff in the bed, it senses the different ride height and gives you more brake power in the rear. If you lift the truck and don't relocate this, it thinks the bed is lighter than normal (for the sake of argument), and send more power to the front brakes. Not good for front brakes, or overall braking characteristics. The relocate mimics stock ride height.

Mmmmm... I think you are thinking of something that is sort of like this but is not this. Like the hydraulic brake line extension. Right? Have another glass of wine and report back, miss.

    Thanks! That what i thought.

Ive noticed some wheel lock up on the one side on gravel and concrete slabs. Also noticing less braking power since the lift. This will be next on the list.

Just got my LEDs put in for reverse lights. They're just slightly different shades but just enough to bother me a little. Idk what went wrong there. They are really bright, but just don't seem to throw the light as far as I thought they would

A good halogen will always throw light further than an LED; however, LED's can seem brighter from a close quarters point of view. And for all that will argue with me on this... for two years I worked with a headlamp busting trail (trailcrew). Tried all the latest stuff while the veterans laughed at me. Halogens do better.
