i can kinda see why. After all is said and done, the rear end is gunna be worth more than the front end and all four wheels/tires combined haha. Any other options to get the rear to keep up with the TC UCA's and SAW's up front?

Nooooo! Does this mean we can potentially get a great deal on the stock that's leftover assuming they still have a few kits left?

That is a beautiful truck! i bookmarked your thread. lol.
OP, i know youre bombarded with a lot of questions, but i just have one. How did you fit a 265 wide tire on a 7" rim? i was told that 245 was too wide for 7" already. TIA...

Because we're spring under (leaf springs under the axle), the leaf pack would make the rear end lower by pushing the axle up. The reason the ReadyLift AAL that came with the SST kit lifts the rear is because they're arched more thus dropping the rear axle. I paired it off with some rear Bilstein shocks that came off a TRD 6 lug.

Thanks for the kind words. If you check on BFGoodrich's website for the All-Terrain T/A KOs, they have a chart that specifies what rim widths work with each tire size. Here's a link, just scroll all the way down and click "Show" to see the whole size chart: http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/tire-selector/name/all-terrain-t-a-ko-tires

cool thanks. are those bilsteins the 24-186056?
oh, and is there a way to buy the AAL from the readylift by itself, or do you have to get the whole kit?

I think you can get a similar AAL from Fat Bob's Garage here: http://fatbobsgarage.com/i-6764982-toyota-tacoma-5-lug-rear-add-a-leaf-lift-kit-2wd-1995-2011.html

As for the rear shocks, I don't know what part number they are, but I know a lot of members on here sell their stock TRD rear shocks for cheap and sometimes if you're lucky you can find them for free.

Great thread here Stupid_Hurts! I'm also planning on going with the TC UCA kit for my 5-lug regular cab. Only planning on running 30" tires, and am wondering if I am going to end up needing to regear for it, being that the auto is a 3.58.

Definitely got this thread subbed. Take care.

chingy- great to see another bay area member on here. I will be sure to let you know.

Shemicals- That sounds like a great idea, and I would definitely be in to get a group buy going on. Any money saved is a good thing, especially in this economy. I like the look of this kit, that was mentioned a few pages back, especially since it has all the rear stuff. LINK
But yeah, let me know for sure, definitely interested.
