I got mine powdercoated which is more durable than any spray paint. Held up great around the mall and cruising the Colfax :p but they are now beat up from some real rocks and the finish spun off of one from my deep mudd fun earlier this.

If you want to have something close to factory durability you should powdercoat them. If you are not worried about them and plan on going aftermarket in the future (this is me) just paint them up.

I would get the options that they will give you and figure out exactly what it is you want, get them to agree first, and then rock it. Just a CYA move.

Considering getting sliders, for a dbl cab short bed do I need 58" or 78" sliders?

A place called Pristine Powder Coating in Englewood. If I recall correctly on the price it was $385.00 for 4 wheels and matching center caps. The center caps have to be spray painted since they cannot be powder coated. I had an odd color done so he gave me the rest of can he had made up for the center caps. I need to do some touch up now. :D

Price inlcudes current finish removal and coat. Oh and he only takes cash or check. No CC's.

I like paint because If they scratch its easy to touch up. With a clear coat they hold up well. I didn't have to do cover up throught the winter and summer. The more coats you put the better. But I plan on aftermarket wheels in the future so I didn't wanna powder coat

Justin. Just consider your pin warranty work. Let me know when you want to do it. You will need to get some pins should only take like a half an hour.
