Been slacking on the dips but been doing good other wise!

Today I did 50 straight push ups no pause. Then I did a set of 30 and a set of 20 of decline push ups over a space..if that makes sense. I put two box about 18 inches apart and put my hands on them and did push ups between them. The boxes were about 16-18 inches tall. Puts a good stretch on the lower pecs. Then I went and did 3 sets of ten 135 lb incline bench and 2 sets of 15 raised foot push ups. Then I did my sit ups.

For squats I started out with 25 squats with an empty bar. Then I did 3 sets of 25 with 95 lbs. Ouch. Then I did 25 jump squats and 25-30 squats on a bosu ball. I stood on the flat bottom and balanced and did the squats. Tough. Legs feel good.

I'm gonna admit that i've slacked on the squats, but only because I've been running a good 10-12 miles a week.

    Started losing weight though...
    Curse this college food!
If I eat healthy, I dont die in morning PT, but I start to lose weight
If I eat Gainer food, I feel like SHIT for PT.
