    Try squirting saline up your nose to clear out that crap.
    Sudafed also helps. Ibuprofen can help lower the swelling of your nasal passages.
    Drink water and vitamin c and zinc help.

    Appreciate it. I'm going to take a hot shower before bed; that usually clears my head out pretty well. I hadn't thought of the Ibuprofen before.

    I almost drowned in the hot shower. It broke loose a lot of junk in my head and I was hacking and coughing so bad my arms and chests still hurt. My head feels a lot better this morning; but my throat is still sore as hell.
