denver beer fest? or you going to GABF?

GABF is sold out and last time i went to that i was stumbling by the time i left the midwest...stole a cowboy hat, had hundred or so coasters, 20+ posters and almost broke my roomate's finger...great times!

denver beer fest seems to be a collective celebration of local beers in a variety of bars between denver and golden...

Denver Beerfest!!! Dude Im going to attempt to taste every stand. Tried last year and ended up having a competition on who can take pics with the hottest chicks. I ended up with 22 pics my friend 18! I was trashed at that point, concidering I had 3 shots and 3 beers before we even hit beerfest. I win. So this year I gotta complete the taste task!

The beerfest at the convention center. There is about 8 lanes and hundreds like at least 600 differnt beers to try. Each company has there own stand (table) and what not. You can taste beer brewed all around the world, many different flavors. Honestly any flavor you can think of. By the time Im half done Im pretty drunk.

Instead of trying to taste each flavor of beer at each stand, Im gonna taste 1 flavor at each and see if I make it. Last year, my favorites were. I dont remember the companies that make them though:confused:

New Mexicos Roasted Green Chili Beer.
    Pumpkin Beer
    Apple pie beer.
Sam Adams had some sweet flavors just for the event.

There was a beer from Detroit that had a peanut butter flavor. Good.

My favorite of all was Colorados Jalapeno beer. Fuck Its good.

Blue Moon had some special beer. So good

I try to stay away from the motor oil looking beer lol. Except for the Root Beer thats actually beer. Good also.

If the beer has a nice even shade Ill drink it. Dont like beer thats too light, and hate the dark ones.
