    Any of you guys that have a 6 speed mount their race radio in that cubby right in front of the shifter? I'm thinking about laying a price of carbon fiber in there to mount it up.

    Looks like you just cut out the bottom of the cubby. how did you mount it from there?

    yea i cut the back portion off so it doesn't stick out as far drilled the bottom and mounted the plate that came with the radio.

    right on man I may try that out. Ill try to see about the carbon fiber just to clean the area up. I have access to some scrap pieces here at work. Did you mount the Mic mount anywhere?

    be careful about a stuck mic!

    i was thinking about one of those cheap retractable lanyards from home depot to mount the mic. in theory it should always be in the same safe place no matter what the condition.
