    It is Grey Suede in the center and grey vinyl on the sides. Do you want me to quote you shipping for the box only or the box and sub? Assuming the box only, UPS ground will be 40-50 dollars to your zip code based on the quote i got from their website...

    It came out of my 2005 Tacoma X-runner Access cab...I believe they should be the same but you may want to call your dealer...
