    Well yesterday my laptop fell from my bed and the part where you plug the power into snapped off my mother board. the computer is some what old, so i guess its time for a new one. I am looking for a mac does anyone know if apple does any military discount?

    Because he's in Hawaii and that means he's 5 hours earlier than the central standard time in texas. So to answer your question, I doubt any mac stores are open at 6:05am. That'd be my guess.....

    Yes they have a discount goto the store.apple.com site, then go to the bottom click on Government Store. Next Federal employee shopping for yourself. Pick the Item you want and they will ship it to you. Should take about a week to get it.

    Also the new Macbook Pro 13" is sweet, picked one up for my wife back in May. You can also open a Apple CC and get it Interest free for 12 months.

    very nice, we have been using 13" screen for awhile now. got our original 13" MacBooks in 07. The Displays are HD so its sweet.
    My first mac was a Powerbook in 03 with a G4 Processor, I still use my Black MacBook from 07. The new MacBook Pros are smoking fast, you wont be disappointed.

    I've had the 13" Mac Pro with the i7 for about a month and a half now, couldn't be happier. The speed will amaze you, especially if you're coming from an older model computer. X2 on the display. I got a student discount which was 100 off. Check for promotions on apples store too, they run them quite often. 100 bucks to their app store was their latest, not sure if it's still running. Good luck, you will love it if you get it.

    If you have personal property insurance they cover laptops. I've had mine replaced once a while back. gave me the full amount. oh with usaa
