then tried a vinyl experiment for a while.
hood stripe and bumper vinyl. Jan/2008

killed the stripe and kept the bumper vinyl (FTW)




another vinyl experiment was between the front and rear windows....loved it!
but it was way to hard to do and to get to stay in place (too much contour involved. vinyl wanted to come up constantly)




got the BFG's and weathertch wind deflectors around the same time.

had partially blacked out the emblem with vinyl




added bedmat and extender




fully blacked out emblem and added shorty antenna

white grill and door handles




more vinyl experiments (FTW)






nothing for a while, then added:

scan xguage


New HU (Kenwood KDC_x491)


Focal 165-A1 components in front

Alpine MRP-M450

Mr Marv 10" sub box

also added Weathertech floor liners.

latest addition has been the American Racing Mojave Teflon wheels (2-4-09)








I am liking the zero offset and how it pushed the wheels out about an inch



as it sits as of 12-4-2010 after 1" blocks added

Looks really good, man! I also kinda liked the hood stripe, but I have to say I didn't like blacking out the b-pillar--brings out way too much F-150, if you know what I mean. But good work! Always impressed with the stuff you come up with.

 

yeah, it would prob look better now that i have the white grill

 

The pic by the water makes me want to remove my TRD OR decals on the rear quarters. I like that clean look. no offense to your decals of course.

what size are the new rims and tires?

 

wasn't me. bought it from Toyota of Dallas

rims are 16"
tires are older 265-70-16

 

Them mojave's looks sweet man!

 

painted some interior parts today

instrument bezels, dome light, and tweeter rings

 

kind of like the caps too, but we'll see how long that lasts

 

They look better on your truck for me i thought i was driving a big rig with them lol.
