Anyone use a Deer or Bull Antler for a shift knob?

Hey ya'll I'm thinking of making a new shift knob out of an antler shed and was curious if anyone has done this?

Any pics?! Tips?

 

idk if that is a good idea, if you got in a wreck it could stab through your chest

 

I used a moose antler, but had to replace the back window when I shifted into second.

It wouldn't be that large... haha. Prolly primarily the base for an elk. but if i do a deer i'll prolly use a small fork.

besides shouldn't seat belts keep people from moving forward?

Well it looks like you already have your truck set up as a good deer blind... they might get skiddish though if they see bits of themselves all over the inside of your cab.
