I got my windows tinted to match the back today looks awesome. But lets see if Im the only one the tint looks like it matches but the color of the light coming in is different. The factory tint is kinda orange and the new tint is a blue color. So am I retarded or whats the deal.
And before anyone can say it I will Im retarded for many other reasons besides the tint.

I will likely stick with something more traditional. For her gift to me, however, I am gently dropping hints about a TRD Supercharger.:D

This weekend I cleaned and re-painted the frame of my Taco. I also cleaned the engine. I've always kept it pretty clean, but I really did it up this time.Engine still looks pretty good for 216,000 miles. Here's some pics:

I just used cheap black spray paint. The $1.99 stuff from the parts store. I didn't even do that great a job either because I was more concerned about keeping it from rusting. So all I did was clean the underside with heavy duty de-greaser and then spray paint the frame the next day. I do it maybe every 2-3 years and it keeps it looking pretty good. The engine is all original, so no paint there. To make it look like that, I just use son of a gun tire cleaner or something like that. Spray it on, let it sit, and try and rub most of it off. That way it doesn't look greasy and the parts have that nice factory clean look.

Nope. Just the plastic and rubber stuff. I use engine degreaser maybe a couple times a year and that cleans up the engine block.
