    Thats what really burns my ass though. Im not unhealthy. Ive played aerobic sports my whole life and im whats seems to be a healthy 6ft, 200 lbs. Genetics? Who knows but you aint kidding about not foolin around with it.

    WOW 6' 200 lbs eh, its good that your athletic but your intake is what makes you have high blood pressure, food, sodas, etc... my best friend has high blood pressure so he started to totally watch what he eats and stuff, hey man im not trying to be your mommy :D just lookin out for ya bud especially since your young to have high blood pressure

    Man some sick young one's on here, I know Im lucky AT 62 AND ON NO MED'S BUT:rasta:self med's.........Each morn. there is 25 sit ups, 25 push ups and 25 pull ups ( no not the undees) and staying on 170 lb's. I feel as good as I did when I was 22. It's not just luck you have to make it happen. Stay in shape and no pie's and cup cake's.... Jim
