If you believe in the laws, why do you commit wreckelss driving and willfully endanger others?

    SOMEBODY "gets it",

You may not like my reaction to tailgaters but you understand the perils.

Give it time, you just haven't brake-checked the right person yet.

Edit: Way to delete that post, lolz.

    This is very true.

But the left lane is also for the fastest-moving traffic. If you are being passed on the right, MOVE THE FUCK OVER. You are impeding the flow of traffic and causing a greater hazard.

Now, this really should only apply if you are being repeatedly passed on the right. If some jacknuts is speeding and you are maintaing a rate above the normal flow while occupying the left lane, then whatever.

This applies to the HOV lanes, too. Just because you are carrying more than one person doesn't mean you have the right to drive slower than the speed of traffic and cause more danger.

NO one will ever get a ticket for reckless driving applying the brakes on a freeway.. You don;t understand. If you are travelling 65 MPH and someone os 10 feet off your six. It doesn't take a whole lot of braking to send them flopping in their lane. Its not like you have to slam on the brakes. Just slowing 5MPH quickly does the trick.

But that does not accomplish your goal of sending them into the median, now does it?

Its not the law here.. When there are signs that indicate to "Keep Right Except to Pass" I obey them. Plus there are times when you cannot get over. Many urban areas it's impossible to get get over fast enough for the douchbag behind you who is in a hurry.

You don;t HAVE to lock the brakes at 65 MPH with some 10 feet off your six.... Hardly. A simple quick hard tap will easily wake the asshat the fuck up..Hardly noticeable in the cab.
