Hey TW so I just got my new XD series enduro wheels installed and what my concern is that they are extremely close to the brake caliper. the specs of the wheels are size 16 with 4.5" backspacing. what do you recommend that I do? I can provide a picture if needed.

nope not hitting the caliper just extremely close is that normal I did my research and followed the crowd of our fellow TW'ers who took the route of getting 4.5 inch backspacing.

The calipers are so close to my wheels on my car that you can barely put a credit card in between. But they are to standards according to Lexus. Never had an issue with them.

Okay cool thanks just wondering! I'm lucky I got them cause apparently they were the last set in the country! High demand on them according to 4wheel parts!

I was concerned too and learned that my other friends have theirs even closer. Theirs was aftermarket and mine where Lexus parts installed by Lexus. They too have not had any issues. The wheel will not touch unless you crash and break or bend the wheel into it. At that point, it's time for new wheel and caliper anyway.
