What has Niacin in it? I checked the ingredients twice on each label and couldn't find Niacin or Niacinamide on either...

Hey Aaron, do you take the Battle Fuel on cardio days / days off as well, or just weight training days?

4 weeks out then time to bulk. I'm doing 'Mens Physique' which is a mistake on my end for several reasons
1-my frame is built for bodybuilding, not this "beach body" new division
2- If you attempt ANY bodybuilding poses on stage, your points are reduced
3-Your quads can't show on stage. Not that they are even close to worthy of being descent but, considering where they were last year they've come up in size.

Lookin' good Sean! (no homo)

What are your height and weight at?

I just finished watching the Dorian Yates Blood & Guts program on BB.com, can't wait to start! I'm impressed by how much good advice Dorian gives out in those videos regarding training, diet, supplements.

I've been doing the Kris Gethin Massive Muscle program for the past month, and already my wife says "that's enough muscle!"

Can't stop now though, I'm on a roll!! It's amazing the results you get when you really commit to regular training, proper nutrition, and adequate rest.

Thanks bro! Kris' is awesome! Im 5'6 and 175'ish. By stage I'll prob b mid 160's.
When I competed in bodybuilding this past April I was 155. It's amazing how much muscle you can retain when staying lean for so long. You can never have enough muscle in my opinion. More muscle-burn more fat =)

Cool. Just finished a killer leg workout, I'm sitting on the couch with that post-workout stoned feeling, totally relaxed.

That tingling / burning is definitely the Assault, 'cause I didn't get it yesterday with just the Battle Fuel.

I'm currently at 186 lbs, 5'11". Goal is to get up to a lean 195 lbs.

Yeah, I've been playing with my carbs, trying to find the sweet spot where I'm not putting on fat, but still have excess cals to grow.

Question for ya - do you use the ISO 100 exclusively or do you use it along with other protein supps?

I've been using ISO post-workout, a mix of concentrate & isolate (Myofusion) throughout the day, and ON Casein before bed. Looking to simplify if possible, and wondering what you use throughout the day

    Thanks!

ISO100 all the way. If I'm off season then I'll use PB/chocolate casein by ON.
I'll use shakes for 1-2 meals with carbs otherwise food is king. Keeps you fuller and more nutrients.

Great, then I'll get rid of the Myofusion and just use ISO 100 during the day + Casein before bed.

    Thanks!
