    Couldn't hazard a guess

    That truck looks like it probably has a winch mounted under the box at the frame and the winch cable feeds through the roller on the rack .

    I would tie the rack into the bed mounts and the top of the bed (not the rails) and use block and tackles like this. The more weight you can elimnate and the more weight you can distribute, the better you will be. Don't forget you have a plastic bed.

    so if i did a custome headache rack mouted to bed mounts in the front and then tied them into top of bed. and had the winch mounted on bottom bar between the two torx bolts on a bar and then had a pull up higher on the headache rack. Would it work or would it be totally far featch

    Not sure if its been suggested yet but, how about a trailer...

    Build something on the trailer with a winch like a tow truck has. Most trailers are significantly lower than the truck's bed making it much easier to load.

    I'm not sure if this thread has gone to shit and serious suggestions are no longer applicable. :D

    That's probably your best bet. I would also mount a bar (square tubing) on the bed rails. That will help spread the load on the bed.

    Check this pic out. See the tubing at the bottom of the up rights? I would have a solid piece of structural square or rectangular tubing that runs the whole length of the bed.
