    I dont think that is a moving violation, so it shouldnt be a point on your record. I could be mistaken though, I am not too familiar with that section. Ya, my office is in Torrance, but we patrol the 110 up to just north of the 105, and cover the 105 from west of the 110 to the 710. We also cover Huntington Park (Fucking shit hole)
