    I have a 2010 Tacoma TRD sport with a 2.5 coil spacer in the front and a 2 inch block in the back.....I am trying to decide between 285/75r17s that are 33.8" and 285/70r17s that are 32.7"...i know the 32.7s will work, can i fit the 33.8s? the tires im going to buy are KM2s, its fine if I have to take off the mud flaps, I just want it too look bad ass.

    You are definitely going to need to trim in order to even get the 70s to fit. Might have a real hard time with the 75s.

    I assume you have aftermarket wheels, or are planning on using wheel spacers?

    Anyone out there order tires from 4wheelparts who live in Alaska? They told me that they were shipping by Lynden (spelling) Trucking. How long was the delivery time?

    Thanks in advance.

    You'll still have to trim the fender wells.

    Then you are going to need wheel spacers.

    So in May BFG released the Rugged Terrain (to replace the craptastic Rugged Trail tires).

    http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/tire-selector/category/truck-tires/rugged-terrain-t-a/tire-details

    I'm gonna be needing new tires within a week or two and was planning on just getting another set of BFG All Terrain T/A's (like I have been running for the last 15 years or so). But on paper, these Rugged Terrains supposedly fit my driving more appropriately.

    [IMG]

    Here are a review;
    http://www.off-road.com/trucks-4x4/...-bfgoodrich-rugged-terrain-ta-tire-53161.html

    and even a lame video;
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PX5TyNhpqc

    Now, I've always been extremely happy with the BFG AT's. They work great in the Rocky Mountain west in the snow and the dirt - and while I don't spend a lot of time rock crawling, I do usually do Moab about once a year and will be doing the White Rim Trail next month, so off road capability is important, but not the most important. I've owned several other AT tires and I felt they never came close to the BFG AT's.

    But I gotta think that after so many years, surely someone has come up with a better mouse trap. Does anybody have any experience with these Rugged Terrains? Tires are expensive and I'd hate to get into a tire that doesn't cut the mustard.

    Any experience with the Goodyear Dura Tracs on a Gen 2 Taco? Ive had the BFG ATs on a Z71 silverado and they were all right. Im wanting to try something different. Im wanting something that is a good median between off road traction and gas milage. Off road for me is muddy dirt roads(sticky Ga red clay) and trails with roots and rocks. Any shared experiences will be greatly appreciated.

    I just bought the BFG All Terrain T/A KOs (and new wheels). As with any big purchase, I always (thoroughly) do my research. No experience with the Dura Tracs but in all the reviews I read and everyone I talked to claim they have a short tread life.

    You will really like the BFGs. I liked mine when I had my silverado. They are still an option for me when I go to get new tires. I am just lookin into other options so I can expand my experience with different tires. After all of the reaserch ive done im still torn between multiple differnt tires.

    After all the helpful research and comments made by fellow Tacoma World members....

    I purchased and installed 265/75/16C Dura-Trac's. They look great! They ride great. There's slightly more noise rolling down the road, but so what.

    Purchased from Discount Tire Direct for $190 per corner and installed by local Toyota shop for $25 per corner. Very happy.

    Will post picture later.
