Thanks gents, black on white is the only way to go! I'm thinking I'll paint the skid with black bedliner, do you guys think that will look good? Or stay with the brushed look?

There isn't much more to it than this, scuff, tape and spray.

    2 questions:

1: Why do you say scuff? I read that scuffing would make it harder to remove if I did a bad job

2: You think if I plasti-dipped chrome covers with black plasti-dip, would it stay and look good?

1: Scuffing the surface gives the paint something to adhere to.
2: Plastidip is a temporary solution and will not hold up in the long term.

On the picture where you did the BHLM lights, is BHLM a brand? If so, where'd you buy that kit?

the lower valence painted black looks good. Does the truck bedding coating have a material finish? Or does it look like regular paint?

It's a rough finish, as you would expect with professional bedliners.

Can you share any details on how you painted the rims? Clean them thoroughly is the obvious first step. Any tips or tricks? How many coats and how have they held up so far?

    Thanks
