2 1/2" alignment spec help

I have a 2011 trd off road dc 4x4 short bed 2 1/2" lift 285/75/16 bfg km2s stock specs make the front end look \ / can anybody help

 

Many need to buy aftermarket UCAs to get their alignment right after lifts of 2.5-3".

And I'm assuming you got an alignment right after the lift, and they couldn't get the specs right?

 

upper control arms? bottom arms have plenty of adjustment left. any specs for the alignment rack

I would take it to another shop first, see if they can get it right. If not, you'll need aftermarket upper control arms, which have more caster adjustment. They are $400-600.

 

I have the same amount of lift, shop had no problem getting it straight... take it back

 

It's hit or miss at 2.5.... A lot of folks do need ucas. Hopefully you don't OP.

 

If it's \ / and there's plenty of adj left then like others have said. Take it somewhere else. When you run out of adj and it's like \ / then you have an issue. Don't go looking for trouble till then...........

Aim for the following:

Camber: 0.0*
Toe: 0.0*
Caster: 2.9*

I needed aftermarket UCA's to get it right with 2.5" lift. Even at 1.75" lift I had problems getting the caster close to where it needs to be.

You want 0 toe 0 camber and as much caster as you can get up to 2.4 but you wont get much caster without UCAs. It's toe and camber that wear tires uneven. 3" lift and my wheels are l---l with stock UCA. You have a camber problem. UCAs help castor problems. If after you get your wheels l---l if it feels funny at high speeds then get UCAs. Mine does 85mph and feels fine.
