    LMAO!!! Sorry, No pics.
    I had to use a needle to dig the thing out. My First stab at it, pushed it deeper. :(, So I just started digging with abandon. Once I got it out, it felt better imediatly. I used a knife to cut off all the skin I tore up, to give it a nice smooth surface in which to heal, then dumped some alcohol on it, now all is good. :D
