    I assume in the USA, like here in Canada, paying taxes is not a law on the books, but not paying is against the law, it exists in the law books. It's a loop hole they've used since the 1st world war, when personal taxes were introduced and were to be a temporary measure that simply carried on with the newer generations. He's simply arguing a philosophical point that he hasn't the wit to defend.

    All he proves is politician's are full of crap everywhere! Sad, but true!
