    Cause the frontier and the Titan have a lot of similiar parts which would make it easier to swap then anything else

    Same reason why people swap in tundra axles. You get Extra width, ditch wheel spacers and can reuse your current 3rd member.

    The titan and frontier don't use 3rd members if I am not mistaken and he said he swapped the gears anyway. I would have done something better than a toothpick titan axle

    There were other reasons he swapped for a Titan axle over a Ford 9"
    So far the axle has been reliable as a wood burning stove.

    Jay does a ton of research before he modifies his truck, so everything has a purpose and reason. He typically does not cheap out.
