Alright, so I'm getting serious about my nutrition.

Ate 7 meals today, total of 3,400 clean cals. Might have to bump it up a bit more as I'm burning 900 - 1,000 cals at the gym within 1.25 hours.

Got one of those food scales with hundreds of food item codes programmed into it. If I don't have a nutrition label for the food item, I just put a sample food on the scale, and it gives me an idea of the amount of fat, protein, and carbs. Beautiful.

    Here's what I ate today:

    Meal 1:
    1 cup (uncooked) oats
    1 tbsp non-hydrogenated margarine
    4 egg whites
    1 whole egg
3 slices lean back bacon (also trimmed any fat there was on it)

    Meal 2: (pre-workout)
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 cup skim milk
    1 banana
    12 almonds

    Meal 3: (post-workout)
    2 scoops ISO 100 protein
    1.5 scoops vitargo

    Meal 4:
    100g chicken breast
    3 flour tortillas
1 serving spinach / bell peppers
    12 almonds

    Meal 5:
    50 tenderloin steak
    100g tuna steak
    3 slices of raisin bread
    2 tbsp non-hyrogenated margarine

    Meal 6:
    1 cup brown rice
    100g tenderloin steak

    Meal 7:
    1 cup skim milk
    1 heaping scoop casein protein
    12 almonds

Worked out to about 20% cals from fat, 35% from protein, and 45% from carbs.

Total of 74g of fat, 294g of protein, and 385g of carbs.

May have to up the carbs a bit if I'm not gaining weight.

Everybody responds differently to any and all supplements, pre-workout included.
I become immune to a pre-workout if I take it more than a few times a week. If/when I do take a pre it'll be before leg day.
Sure, you can also use energy from SLOW digesting carbs (NOT pizza as mentioned above) from the night before or earlier in the day. The slow digesting carbs will keep your insulin levels steady thus providing the strength, and energy needed to lift. However, there are many, many competitors who follow keto and have to lift w/out carbs...

update on my prohormone cycle as today is the last day of my RPN Havoc and the 15th day of my winistan.

i havent tried to gain a single pound - infact ive been trying to lose weight and i thought i was because of how cut i have become but i have actually gained 7 pounds and i am now 207. i could only image how big i would be if i was weight stacking.

i bought another bottle of the havoc and will be buying another bottle of winistan to take 8 weeks after i finish my winistan!

That's what I do. I used to follow a set routine but now I usually know what I'm lifting the day of and my sets/reps vary pending on the exercise/energy.

Ive been researching it. My only worry is my shoulders are becoming vascular which could be a concern, but other than that I should be good.

yea i dont believe in routine, because then u get that muscle memory thing and then u stop growing so if u just do whatever its prolly better for you, works for me at least
