Those are both very nice rifles. I would almost feel bad for shooting them...almost. :D

No flashlights, glow sights, high cap mags, or Spec Ops aesthetics. I appreciate those peices, but they just are not for me. I prefer the 1911, my stainless Commander here includse a perfect trigger, it's flat as a book, and it can out shoot my ability. Perfection as far as I am concerned. It does have a brother, a blue Python I will post up after I take some pics. Long live the venerable .45 acp and .357 Colts.

HD on the spring plug, Harrison Design. Love the bevels, lines he gives them. Chuck's are usually more melted.

So what happens when you're a Glock and 1911 fan?

Good call, Harrison did the work. As you pointed out, I prefer the sharp lines he does. The top slide is serrated as is the front and back of the grip...just prefer the look to checkering. Front sight has a gold bead, works fantastic, and you can feed it anything and it won't hiccup. As far as I am concerned, it is perfection.

Glocks are awesome, they engineer a fine pistol and really changed the industry. I just happen to prefer the 1911, and the Colt brand, but certainly nothing wrong with other styles and brands.
