    You asked him if he was interested in it for $200 shipped. He said yes. At which point you stated you would let him know when you were ready to ship. You go on vacation, come back, and then you turn around and say $225 PLUS shipping.

    That is a text book definition of renege.

    Yes, I am well aware of what was said, I still have the PM's and I've actually re-read them the better part of 6-7 times in the last week. I've already admitted that it was a fuck-up on my part. But I honestly didn't think he was serious after not hearing from him for so long. and the REASON for the price change is cause I was planning on creating a for sale thread and thats the price I was going to put it up as.
