Snugtop SL - Looks beautiful. By far the best looking cover out there. Single lock can be unlocked remotely and locks by shutting the cover like a trunk. Water tight even when opening the cover with rain or snow on top.

Can't say it is the best, I have the Undercover SE and I'm very satisfied with it.

Hope you can handle a little ball busting....but I cringe when I hear someone describe something about a truck as "beautiful"...unless of course its my girl that says it.

I want the Access Limited for my Taco. I think it's the best for a soft cover, particularly for the Tacoma's because of the rail system. If you want a hard shell, the Undercover is awesome. I had it on my last truck. My only complaint was it seemed like I needed to remove it all the time to haul stuff and it was too big for me to handle by myself. That's why I want a soft top this time.

Where is the best place to pick up an Undercover SE for my new shortbed PreRunner? I'd like to find a local guy (EVL PHX) where I can look at it first, but will order on line if I must.

I have an Extang hard folding cover on my new 2011. Very nice and strong, plus all self contained no seals or rails need to be installed on the bed. Attach's right to the factory rails plus its easy to remove.

Same here. I have no issues with it.

    OP:

You must first ask yourself what do you want the cover to do and what do you haul in your Tacoma when you need the bed exposed.

I do agree with Susan. ;)

I have an Access LE that I picked up from vendor Truck Alterations.

Pic of Access LE in action.

Not much on the 07 yet. 18 is gone, but was a greata truck. TRD Pro grill, Gator FX3, Homelink mirror, Black out badges & exhaust tip, Remote start. Future TRD exhaust, skid plate.
I have been very pleased with my Undercover, easy to use and keep clean and I don't have to worry about paint.
Any hardcover is a pain when you need to haul something big. I had a pace-edwards roll top on my last tacoma and that was nice, but I don't think they age well from what I have seen on other trucks.

I have an Access LE. The pics are with a 30 inch snowfall.
