    I built one of those maybe 30 yrs or so ago. It also had small lights as spark plugs that flashed at the top of the piston stroke, timed by a working distributor and rotor. It is still sitting in my dad's basement where I grew up.

    Hmm, looks like it has downhill descent control, rear window wiper, 6.5k redline. No digitals in the dash so not likely a high end car. So it's probably an SUV or Crossover with a sportier identity that has a manual shift mode.
