Not usually video, but officers like to use audio, atleast they do when the law is working AGAINST you. If it was a good officer he should have recorded the conversation, but he was probably too lazy and didn't really give a rats ass.

 

While the other driver did not react appropriately, I dont blame him for being angry. HID bulbs do not belong in a halogen headlight

And while the bright lights annoy me, I'm not going to even confront another drive. But while he used his vehicle, depending on the circumstances, if I feared for my life a different outcome could of happened.

You're a bigger man than me, I'd be in jail because I wouldn't have waited for the cop. We would have went some rounds. Unless he was bigger anyway. But can't you get a free consultation from a lawyer to get an idea of what could be done legally?

On a side note, I don't care for some of them lights myself, not that I'd do anything like he did, but I've had some of them lights make me curse before.

 

Here's just another thought... any street cams at those intersections? Any cameras outside of businesses that would have caught his road rage at any moment? You know like the outside of B of A. Retrace your drive and look around. Someone has video(surveillance) outside facing the street. Good luck.

I have stock headlights adjusted properly, and still get people flipping me off, getting behind me and putting on thier highbeams. I have pulled over, and waited 5 min to put some distance between us. If they are going to be an asshole, let them be one as far away from me as possible.

 

I let him stay in front of me so I could keep an eye on him. When I had to get in the right hand lane to get onto the interstate is when he swooped in

Yeah, I had Toyota aim them and they were where they should be. I figure some people are just angry and I am the first one to come along.
