Love the unequal headers in the Subi's and the way they sound at a slow take off, but like others said with those kind of mods reliabilty just went to shit

I wouldnt call it "BRAAAAAPPPPP" personally. And it sounds more like a growl from an extremely pissed off polar bear... (i dont know what polar bear noises sound like?) If you wanna hate on a ricer go hate on a honda forumn. Subies sound nothing like any other usdm vehicle out there.

It sits at 420 on a conservative tune with boost at 19 psi.

I suck at drag racing. Notice I stomped on the brakes at the end BEFORE the time trap :( Still 12.2 I only ran the car three runs just to see what is was capable of :D. They really are great cars and I feel the nee to post mine :p. Only have the Tacoma still however if that says anything. The Subaru's were money pits for me and needed to part ways. Not because of the reliability.

Not much utility there either. Powerjokes are... well... a Joke.

Nice car tho, but I can't say the trade was very smart.

traded this in about 2yrs ago for an 09 access cab and now i have an 11 dcsb. sti's are fun for an all around car specially during winter with a good set of snow tires, you wont believe how amazing those machine's are on snow. have you checked the insurance cost for you? for your age it will be ridiculously high. good luck and have fun with itDSC00746_df688ac501ebcb4e7000a970e1a4f26b89264d8e.jpg

x2 on that. Insurance is gonna be crazy high! maybe his parents are paying for it. I have a hard time believing a 19 year old can afford it on his own.

STi insurance for me, a 23 year old single white guy with one ticket on my record, ended up being only about $10 more a month than my FJ.

Yeah... 4 years age difference and a cleaner driving record make a big difference.
