I have 5100s w/ Eibachs set at 0 going in some time next week. My rims don't arrive until Thursday and I'll be putting Duratracs on them (265/75/16).

How much can I drive the vehicle before its alignment. Is it safe to drive all week at low speeds, not at all, limited highway driving, etc...

I'm lifting the front first. I want to see what it looks like before I do anything to the rear. prolly just a 1.5" or 2" AAL

I went to Knibbe Automotive in Crowfoot. I told them exactly what I wanted for my alignment, and they got it spot on. I've gone to other places, and told them what I wanted, and all they did was give me a smart ass attitude like I didn't know shit, and the alignments all ended up less then perfect.
