I've heard good and bad.. I actually prefer the k2 bindings.. I forget the name of them. Better design than the flows, and easier to step in to.

They clip and unclip pretty easily. And its not like a normal binding with two straps.. if it unclips, the whole thing opens up and out comes your boot.

Wow. I am extremely jealous. I've always thought it would be sick to get a heli license and work in alaska or something for the winter. where are you if you dont mind sharing?

its not anything to worry about. there are a lot of dumbasses out there.. hense why someone said they came off while he was sliding on his back..

the only down sides to flow are the weight and the fact that you dont get a super tight fit unless you adjust the straps each time you use them. if you arent the kind of person that ratchets down the straps till they wont go any farther, flows would be perfect. but if you want a super tight fit, i'd suggest something else like the K2 auto evers (pricier than some flows) or the Ride Contraband.
Contrabands are the sickest binding in my opinion. Super light weight and they have the wedgie pad to help with fatigue in ankles and knees. makes a difference.

The guiding company that we fly for in the winter is called Canadian Mountain Holidays. I believe they are up to 11 back country lodges these days. The one i was based out of last winter was called the "Monashees" it is an hour and a half north of Revelstoke BC.

    cool thanks for the info.
good stuff. i still need to make a decision haha

i found the flow five for cheap. they seem like decent bindings. i might stick with some regular bindings like the burton missions or tech nine mfm classic or simon says. what do you guys think about tech nine?

Can't wait for this season to start up, got back on the mountain after a few years off last year, probably got about 15 days in. Got a new board this year and basically bought my Tacoma for the showboard season. Hopefully the Northeast gets as much snow this winter as we did last.

Picked up a Lib Tech Attack Banana board and some Burton Mission Bindings.

Was previously riding a Nitro Team Board with Ride bindings, all stuff I picked up in college so it was pretty old.
