    No... but I have a muffin pan and a dremel tool so said muffin pan could be made to fit in a 9x9 dish :D

    Ceramic coffee mugs would work also, just spray them with cooking spray so they come out clean. You'd have to find something to space them up off the bottom of the pan though.

    Ceramic mugs should do fine under heat, I've got plenty of ceramic casserole dishes that I bake with. Thats a good point about things not cooking consistantly but sometimes you just gotta take chances :cool:

    That's why I'm giving others the ideas so I can see how it works out for them first :eek:

    If anything, I'd think it'd overcook around the edges of the ceramic, I don't think undercooking would be an issue. Just gotta just a toothpick to make sure it's cooked through.

    That's what I was thinking.... wonder if filling the cups with water would help even out the cooking

    no, they will be right side up... this is for the brownies. Batter is too runny to get it to stay on top of a bowl. Fill the pan with the mix, then set the cup in the mix, right side up, and the mix will rise around the bowl and when the cup is removed, you will have a brownie bowl....
