Has anyone else painted their B-pillar? I found it really helps clean up the lines of the truck, especially if the windows are tinted.

Looks better than I expected it would. Have a shop do it?

There's some utility value, too. It's convenient to grab the B-pillar when closing the door. With the wrap Plasti-dip you don't continuously touch the paint.

Not the best pic, but closer. Could have gone a little lower with the black, but that is lined up exactly with the bottom of the windows...the indentation toyota puts around the windows makes the windows look larger.

Not diggin it. I think it actually interferes with the lines of the truck.

It might look a little better if it was shiny and not matte.

this is def something that needs to be some sort of paint/dip.

mine was vinyl and that was a royal pain to get right.....way too much contour around the window trim.

you would have to do the space between the doors on the body, as well, because you can see the body color between the doors.

the vinyl method did not stay "stuck" to the high contours for very long. i would smooth it down everytime i got in my truck.

i loved the look but was not willing to paint it

Looks cool but same concerns as above. I has a reg cab now so no go for me but I would have considered it on the access cab.
