I have a 2011 double cab and i am wanting to add either 1 or two subs. but i do not want to cut or drill ANYTHING. I'm fine with taking the storage bins out, but i do not want to hammer down or cut off those brackets that hold the storage bins in place. Just wondering if anyone has built anything like this, because i would like it to be easy to take the enclosure out, and put the storage bins back in and return to stock. If anyone has dimensions they could share that would be great!

Check out SuperCrewSound.com I've had 3 boxes from them they have all come in a timely manner, very high quality boxes, if you don't like it or it won't fit send it back no questions asked as long as you haven't drilled the subs or connecters in.

+1, they are no MrMarv box, but they are good enough for me. The boxes don't require any mods except removal of the storage bin(s). You can get a single or double sub box. Soundoffaudio.com has the same/similar boxes. You can also figure out just the dimensions from their web site if that's what you want.

SCS requires removal of all plastics on the back but no cutting of the child restraint bars across the back. It also has an amp rack so you don't have to do like me and worry about people stepping on the amp or water from wet feet finding its way to it.

I'm talking about cutting any brackets, or anything that could restrain me from completely changing everything back to stock, including the brackets that bolt up TO the storage bins

Probox is another option that requires no cutting or drilling comes with two 8's in a ported box. Ive been told it sounds better than the jl stealth box by the local jl dealer.

the box is just one you can buy with the sub, sub and box combo were 500, premade, etc.... from my local audio shop

the amp driving it is a JL Audio J2 500.1 Class D Mono Amplifier

sounds really good, i like it, its more than enough for my double cab, and you keep part of your behind seat storage

there is another 1000 watt (nitro amp, not as good as the JL), but it is powering my door speakers (infinitys)
