Gun enthusiasts, I need some info!

I replaced my wheels a while back, and am now selling my old ones for $300.00.

I'm currently talking to a guy who wants to trade me,


Handi Rifle sbo .270 Retails for about $200 from what i could find online.

Simmons scope 3.9 by 40 set at 175 yards $$$$????

Full box of shells for the .270

Remington Spartan over under 20g $$$$???


I have no idea what any of this means, i'm a gun dummy. I just want to know if i can make atleast $300 by selling this stuff?

 

i would definitley take that trade .... but i would keep the gun and shoot it but thats just me

 

you probably could check gunbroker for the gun model and see whats its going for used and check Amazon/ebay for the other stuff to see about what it sells for ....

 

If they're in excellent condition and you run the serial numbers thru your local agency ahead of time, you're good.

 

The Handi rifle and Remington Spartan are both inexpensive models that work well.
You should have no trouble reselling them if you wanted to.
IMO it sounds like a hassle though, making a trade and then you are still stuck with stuff you are trying to get rid of. If you are interested in learning to shoot at all these would be good beginner guns to use for a while.

 

It would be a bit of a hassle, but i'm trying to help this guy out while not taking a loss myself.

those handi rifles are not the best and here in texas are hard to sell... they just dont group well

as for your deal I would pass on it both are low end guns and will never sell for the msrp the handi with that scope is maybe worth 200$
