So you've never seen them drag a car up on a flatbed tow truck and haul it off to impound lot? They don't care if it's in park and emergency brake is set so that little toy won't stop them.

Not sure where you live or what your options are, but really your best option is to more. With enough time a thief can steal anything, no matter what you do. But to make it more difficult, try something like a motorcycle ground anchor (or several) with massive chains around the axles or something.

tacomas already have that. just take the key out and move the steering wheel. only way it can deactivated is by turning of the key which is stiff to say the least.

Is it 1995? I could have sworn I just looked at the calendar and it said it was 2011...I could be wrong though. I'll double check.

Get a heavy-duty, case hardened security chain that is a resistant to cuts along with a lock of the same caliber. Put in a good, concreted ground anchor, run the chain through it and through the front wheel on one side and the rear wheel on the other side. It can be defeated but it takes a lo-o-oo-ng time to do it. Most theives will look for an easier target. That also keeps them from easily dragging it onto a flatbed.

you could still flatbed it with a bulldozer to knock over the concreted ground anchor, need to think bigger, perhaps in case the entire truck in concrete so no one would know and it would be too heavy for a normal bulldozer

What's the world coming to when you have to chain up your vehicle in your own yard? I had to put padlocks/cables on my own damned rocking chairs on the front porch after one was stolen.
