Hope you guys liked the video!

I Just talked to WayAlife. The guys who makes the Jeep videos. He said for that being my 3rd video its really good. He asked me how long it took to edit, I told him 2 days and he was amaized.

It takes him 1.5-2 weeks to make a short 3 min vid like mine. and almost 2 months for a 15 min film. Holy cow...And he does his Video's every night he said. Off Road Companies are even paying him to advertise their stuff in his videos. Crazy Although I am getting really into Video Editing and making these off road videos. I might get a nice HD camera instead of a front bumper for christmas lol.

So I am going to start making the full video this week. Hopefully be done in 3 weeks. I am going wheeling for sure next weekend, since I am off Sat and Sun FOR SURE. Gonna try and get some good footage. He gave me some good tips.

    Here are of his videos!

I have been emailing John, from Stazworks about wheel options, because I can't seem to find exactly what I want. Here are my emails so far:

Is the smallest width you offer 10"? I was wondering if you could make 16x8, 6x139.7, 4.5" back spacing wheels?

Yes we can make this wheel. We only very seldom make wheels less than 10" wide so that is all we advertise. Unfortunately the cost is going to be the same as a 10 at 175$ for this rim. In a 1 pc non beadlock. If you want it in a beadlock it would still be the same price as listed on the website.

    I recently sent:
Sounds good. The one piece non-beadlock sounds like what I need. The cold rolled lip is still an option? Is powder coating included? Lastly, what is the turn around time, for 5 wheels, if I choose a standard pattern, once I place my order?

Also have you heard of any fitment issues, related to the caliper, for 16" wheels? They will be installed on a 2007 Tacoma.

    Thanks again,
    John

so the storm is now expected to snow saturday and dump 3-6 inches with 5-10 up high....so red cone is definitely out

mcclellan wouldn't be bad in snow...the hard stuff is in the trees and the higher playgrounds are still doable in snow

we could go do some gulches up past central city where they may not get as much snow and most the trails are protected by some trees..

    moon gulch
    pickle gulch
    miners gulch
    mammoth gulch
    gordon gulch

or snow bash at yankee hill again

    check out west magnolia

we also have the ironclads > bunce school road > park creek

a lot of those are within 20 miles of each other so we could do multiple spots if some don't pan out or we want to hit more up...

but we should try and meet early..maybe 9am at I70 and the morrison exit at the parking lot directly on the right..to give us plenty of time to deal with snow issues

could always do a sunday ride instead or in addition...we will see snow no matter where we go this weekend

jace and i have winches so we will plan on running in front and in the back to assist where needed, bring straps, warm clothes and lunch...and any beverages you prefer to sip on during breaks...and if some people have some small shovels, bring them...

I would suggest Bill Moore, not running up to the lake, just take the trail straight to Mill Creek and run that. You will probably be low enough to avoid a lot of the snow... hopefully. :D
