    I've only got a slight knowledge of welding, but not enough to trust myself. lol I'm curious in trying to do my own shocks, but the process looks intimidating. LOL I was nervous of spray painting my wheels.

    If you need anything done let me know, I work from home and have been welding for over 20 years and have a MIG, TIG, and a tubing bender, etc..also was a toyota/lexus tech. I can custom build stuff if you need as well. I just finished a full custom cage and rock sliders in my Heep.

    I work from home let me know if I can help ya out, at least I am close to you in Vista!

    But I am scared to do the BHLM, I would probably give you back 2 pieces of plastic in the shapes of pancakes, lol. But from what I have seen it doesnt really look too difficult, just watch the heat and take your time, you dont want to deform them..patience is your friend when doing this.

    I went to pancake rock a few weeks ago and it was pretty cool, but I think CC would be funner, lots of trails.

    Anybody? I think it would require 4wd unless we want to get good use out of a tow strap...
