i seen one in person and they are very nice! hand built in california with your choice of power train components driveline etc. the one i saw cost the owner 110k!

i had seen them before on the internet but, i didn't realize how much money they actually where either until speaking with an owner. lol he then commented on how much he liked my truck then he spent like 15 minutes looking it over lol.

it may be all "custom", but for the amount of rust under it... with all that work put into it, the least they could have done was bought a $3 can of spray paint from walmart to attempt to make the rust look better.... i wouldnt pay that much for it...

 

If I took a VIN plate from a 1970s FJ and slapped it in my Tacoma, would I be able to register the Tacoma as a "restored FJ", exempt from emissions testing? DTLT headers on the street in Cali anyone?
