    Purchased this last week, got in the mail yesterday, put it in this eve, took all of ~ 45 mins... Soldered the connections as recommended, inserted the wires in the connector and tapped (soldered) the grn/grn-wht wires.. as suggested.. (Thank gawd for cordless soldering irons!) very nice. works as planned/advertised!
