so the security company called me back and apologized for their officer who forgot about the 30-day grace period...so he straightened it out and all the warnings the officer handed out last night were all disregarded...sweet, now back to my annual procrastination of giving the state more money

it's a townhome property with many assigned spots and numerous visitor spots, and per the HOA policy you need to have a registered vehicle which is fine, but i guess not all the security officers enforcing the policies are up to date in the state statutes they enforce...go figure

I know they are private citizens but in Colorado they all carry guns and at my complex they mine as well be deputized cops. Try telling Barney Fife that he is just a regular citizen when he points his gun at you. My brother in law lives across my complex and i have been shaken down by these idiots walking home more than once. Most other places ive lived have had private security companies and are not armed unless they do armored car transport. Not sure if it is just easier for companies to be armed in CO or not. I do not have a problem with them enforcing the rules but much like NYCO's situation they don't really know the ordinances that they are supposed to be enforcing because they are not cops with proper training but wannabe's,. I think the idiot who shot at the stolen car in my complex should be charged with public endangerment. Glad it all got taken care of by the way. Also great pics and videos guys. Looks awesome.

Anybody (assuming your not a convicted felon, or have been convicted of a recent misdemeanor registered sex offender, person listed in a restraining order, etc) can open carry so long as it's not posted otherwise-same applies to CCW assuming you have one.

Yes-he should have been charged w/ reckless firing, unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Now, if the vehicle in question was headed at him in an attempt to injure/kill him fire away w/ caution especially in public places. If he was just trying to play superman by stoping a stolen vehicle then shame on him for doing so and giving us other holders a bad name.

I can't seem to find the problem w/ my off-road lights behind the grill. I've double checked the lines, connections, etc and can't find the problem why there's no power? Grounding looks good

I ran Jenny Creek today. It was really fun, the weather was good, and had some good food in Rollinsville.
