Sticky substance dripping from headliner?

    Ive been having this stick subtance dripping from the headliner. its really sticky, clear, like glue melting.I had this problem a few months ago and reported to the dealer when it went for service and they cleaned it up and said to tell them if it happens again. So its happing again. Its drippimg from the top head liner down to rear vear mirrior. Anyone knows what this it or have the same problem?

    Maybe it's the glue from the headliner backing and the lining? Where you live it's way hotter than here and on my S10 that had NO headliner (I took it off, it was rotting) I can burn my skin just touching the ceiling of the truck on a sunny 95 degree day.

    Its probably that. But my truck is a 2010. and its dripping from only one section...

    Brian, Was your situation every fully resolved? I have the same thing happening right above my passenger side sun visor. Super clear sticky substance--like glue melting. It's not a lot but I noticed it. I think it's also the cause for a 'ticking' noise from something being stuck and unstuck to it.
