    I don't even know what the heck he has though--he shows no signs of illness other than the dry, crusty, runny nose and his third eyelids seem a bit on the red side. I've googled the crap out of the symptoms, but nothing seems to fit. Called the foster family and they said it got that way about three weeks before I picked him up! So its actually been 4 weeks like this! Poor dog.

    I'm a little annoyed, but I also know that they had bigger fish to fry (ie his heartworm treatment) at the time. And fosters often have multiple dogs to take care of out of the goodness of their hearts (they are volunteers after all). I'm more annoyed with the vet for not noticing it during all his treatments with them I guess--its not like he didn't have plenty of trips there during his treaments. Oh well, we'll see if we can get it taken care of now!
