So I got a gift card for my recent birfday, and I'm a little conflicted on what to do with it's value. The card is worth $200 USD for Bass Pro shops... but I dont shop at BPS. Ive been searching their website trying to find something that I WANT but I feel like I would just be wasting it on something I would never use. So I thought of selling it just below face value and putting the cash towards something else. It may seem like I'm being a brat but I just feel like it would be a waste of their money.

I'd sell it for cash. I'm sure there are plenty of people here that would use it. Don't know that I'd sell it for 100 bucks though lol. I'd buy it off you if I had some stuff there I currently wanted, but I don't really need anything at the moment.

Doesn't Bass Pro Shops sell the rebadged Weathertech digital-fit floor liners? Just a thought.

I'm not sure on this but I thought a local news showed about what to do with gift cards and how to get the most out of them also saying there were places (web sites) where you can trade them or maybe even sell them.

I'd give it to the teacher that told you how to spell birthday....

yeah i could spend all day at bass pro. you could buy a nice rod a reel for $200. a new boat fish finder, new trailer tires, a new carhartt jacket, or even ammo. 200 bucks would buy alot of .223 or .45 ammo! thats 3/4s of the way there for a Taurus revolver, or you may be able to get a cheap rugur 10/22. the possibility's are endless.

I've used them and gotten about 75% of the cards worth every time. Just Go to the site and see what they'll offer you for it. Or sell it on eBay and you can get around 80-90%.
