Does this help? Are you installing an aftermarket power lock kit or are you using oem parts?

Sorry about that it aftermarket parts the same one the Ronus americanus did. He never installed it him self and had a shop do it. My questions is where would I run the power window locks too? Do you have a factory diagram for power window and locks and pictures that I can use as a reference?

Sorry no diagrams or pictures, I have not installed power windows/lock on mine yet still not sure if I'm going to, but I have installed them before usually you just need a 12V source (tap in to the fusebox). Not sure if toyota left anything pre-wired on the regular cabs. For the alarm you usually need to tap in to one wire only either the power or ground wire that goes from the switch to the regulator/motor.

you only need to hook up one wire from the h2 harness, maybe you can find a connector small enough that works

yes that is what that harness is for, it connects the alarm to your door locks, so you can unlock/lock the doors whit the alarm beeper.
