    ROFL! But if I'm late for work, there will be guilt...lol!

    Okay, took my vast array of vitamins, which could double as breakfast:

    Kid's gummy multi-vitamin (Marvel!) (cuz I can't take iron or beta-carotin)
    Calcium--for my bones
    Vit. C to ward off illness
    Zinc also to ward off illness
    Omega 3 for my heart
    B-50 for metabolism and because it seems to help with my dry skin.
